Current projects include the Trinity Mixed Use Project

This project melds multi-family residential, retail, and office space into the historic West University Neighborhood, which is directly on the new modern streetcar line. The project is setting a new precedent for how to develop in a historic district, while also providing sensitive smart growth and transit-oriented design in a desert city.

This approach began in Tucson in 2002 with the ground breaking Ice House Lofts project (the conversion of a 1923 Ice and Cold Storage building into 51 residential lofts) and the adjacent Barrio Metalico project (nine metal loft houses). Built into a primarily industrial neighborhood, the Ice House Lofts project required a re-zoning and a re-thinking of possibilities to take a 413 foot long repurposed building from concept to reality. The projects were innovative, popular and profitable.
